30-Day Returns — No Questions Asked
At Braidhaus, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging.
How to Return: Email support@braidhaus.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different style or colour, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
